Joanne "Jo-Jo" E. Hoggard A former resident of Chester, PA. Joanne "Jo-Jo" E. Hoggard, she was born and raised in Kennett Square, PA. She departed this life on January 16, 2011 at Christiana Hospital after a lengthy battle with Lupus. She was preceded in death by her father Joseph Barrett. Survivors: Her husband of 35 years Roosevelt Hoggard of New Castle, DE; 2 daughters Rebekah McDonald and Tanika Hoggard; 1 son-in-law Timothy McDonald; 4 grandchildren Labrie, Samaad, Kasai, and Morgan; her mother, Ethel A. Hall of Keene, NH; 4 sisters; 2 brothers; a host of other relatives and friends. Service: Relatives and friends are invited to a funeral service on Wednesday, January 26th at 10:30 AM at Hunt Irving Funeral Home, 2500 Concord Rd., Chester Twp. PA.
